The Proposed Development rezoning, required for the Incline Square project to proceed, has been approved by City Council. The plans for phase I of the project are under review and should be approved soon. Phase I entails an office building on the corner of Mt. Hope and Price (approx. 5,000 SF). This building will house administrative functions for an already committed tenant of the larger "to-be-built" office building in the central area of the planned square (later phase.)
